• Own a problem space end-to-end • Work across both sides of the experience: operator back office and end-customer storefront • Collaborate closely with engineering leads • Stay close to customers and understand their needs • Shape how the company works

• Real product experience at a SaaS company • Roughly 2+ years of experience, though evidence is more important than the number • Strong product taste • Strong enough on design to contribute or push back • Use of AI as a natural part of work
