📋 Description
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of an acquired company’s technology stack, workflows, and business processes to map the current state • Review technology vendors, contracts, and scopes of work to identify risks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization • Translate diligence findings into an end-to-end integration strategy and future-state architecture • Define how to unify disparate systems and processes into a cohesive, scalable operating model • Create a detailed integration blueprint—including technical requirements and migration plans—with clear, executable tasks for internal technology teams • Act as the primary architectural partner and subject matter expert throughout the integration
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, IT, or technical consulting • Demonstrated, hands-on architectural expertise with core business systems, particularly ERP (NetSuite is a strong plus) and CRM (Salesforce) • Experience with billing (Coupa) and HRIS (Workday) is also highly preferred • Architectural mindset – a natural problem-solver with a hands-on approach • Strong process knowledge across core finance and business functions (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay) • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical designs to both technical and executive stakeholders
