• Establish consistent design methodology and systems across multiple products • Build and maintain design systems • Create design standards and workflows • Implement user research practices • Design seamless experiences across customer-facing applications • Create intuitive B2B interfaces and exceptional B2C experiences • Drive conversion optimization across the customer journey • Pioneer AI tools for rapid prototyping • Recruit and manage a growing team of product designers • Establish design metrics and success criteria
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years leading design teams or functions • Multi-product design expertise • B2B and B2C design fluency • Design systems mastery • Team development success • Modern design tool expertise • AI-powered design tools familiarity • User research capabilities • Cross-functional collaboration • Responsive and accessible design
