📋 Description

• Own design across our expanding suite of customer-facing applications and platforms • Impact user engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention across our platform • Establish design methodology and systems across multiple products • Create workflows that leverage AI for quick ideation, component generation, and design validation • Recruit, develop, and manage a growing team of product designers such that skill development and career progression is assured

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years leading design teams or functions • Experience designing across complex product ecosystems or suites • Deep understanding of designing for both business users and end consumers • Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products • Track record of hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing design teams • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in component libraries and design systems • Familiarity with or willingness to rapidly adopt AI design tools for accelerated workflows • Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
