📋 Description

• Develop customized fulfillment solutions integrating software, parcel, fixed pricing, automation, and facility flow. • Optimize facility layouts, process flows, and labor models to reduce costs and improve pricing competitiveness. • Assess and implement automation strategies to enhance solution value and operational efficiency. • Evaluate facility design, material handling, and operational processes to maximize throughput and efficiency. • Develop pricing models that integrate fulfillment, software, parcel, and fixed costs. • Conduct cost analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic pricing decisions. • Engage with prospective customers to understand their fulfillment needs and propose optimized solutions. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in solution design and pricing strategies. • Support solution implementation by partnering with operations and implementation teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain field. • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization. • Experience with cost modeling, pricing strategy, and supply chain financial analysis. • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers. • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and optimization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
