📋 Description

• Contribute to client-facing insights reports • Gather and analyse performance data from social media networks according to company processes • Develop mastery of analytics tools including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio • Build AI-assisted workflows for data cleaning, first-pass analysis, chart generation, draft narratives, and QA checks • Use LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT to interrogate datasets, pressure-test conclusions, and generate and discard hypotheses • Verify AI output against source data and identify inaccurate claims • Create visually appealing and consistently designed reports and presentations • Generate content and strategy recommendations from analysis of clients’ social accounts • Compile recommendations into written formats for external stakeholders • Document prompts, workflows, and automations so they become team assets • Identify improvements and collaborate with the team to improve report quality and client value • Update and maintain reporting process documentation • Follow client and competitor social media accounts to understand effective social media strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent numeracy skills and ability to analyse data quantitatively and qualitatively • Genuine hands-on experience using AI tools in real work • Ability to explain what you have built, automated or sped up, and what did not work • Ability to identify confidently incorrect AI output and verify information before sending • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Excellent written and communication skills • Unparalleled attention to detail • Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines • Social media experience is a plus, but not required • Experience creating and executing social media performance reports is desirable • Experience with third-party social analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or Social Insider is desirable • Experience with native social analytics tools such as Facebook Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, or TikTok Analytics is desirable • Light scripting ability in Python, SQL, or Apps Script, or confidence to develop this with AI assistance, is desirable • Experience with automation tooling such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, or agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or custom GPTs, is desirable • A side project, script, or workflow built to solve a problem is desirable • Ability to work legally in South Africa
