📋 Description

• Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority for developers, partner agencies, and customers • Help users understand Storyblok capabilities, implement headless architectures, and maximize Storyblok features • Create and maintain developer tutorials, developer guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation • Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples demonstrating Storyblok and headless content management • Help teammates overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and complete work tasks • Seek guidance to increase personal experience • Occasionally mentor teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development • Proven experience in technical writing and documentation • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is a plus • Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL APIs is a plus • Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte, including its fundamental principles • Working knowledge of Git • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • High attention to detail • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and documentation best practices • Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently and comprehensively • Ability to assume users' perspective to convey technical information clearly • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and work quality while applying sound judgment and critical thinking
