📋 Description

• Own the full HR remit end to end, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, right-to-work checks, and references • Build employee lifecycle workflows that run themselves rather than relying on manual checklists • Keep the handbook current with UK employment law and make policies readable • Run performance reviews, compensation benchmarking, and promotion cases backed by clean data • Report on headcount, attrition, compensation, and tenure • Manage contractors and employees across multiple markets, including EOR arrangements, contractor compliance, and offshore onboarding • Use AI for policy redrafts, compensation analysis, meeting summaries, and other HR work, while verifying outputs • Automate contract generation, onboarding, and offboarding processes • Build and maintain tools using Airtable, HRIS administration, prompt engineering, and no-code automation • Exercise judgement on AI use, especially for legal exposure and sensitive personal data • Demonstrate what has been built or automated with AI during the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Solid grounding in UK employment law, including contracts, policy, and compliance • Demonstrable adoption of AI, with evidence of things built, automated, or shipped • Strong spreadsheet skills • HRIS administration experience • Comfortable with automation tooling • Genuine curiosity about new technology and ability to adopt it quickly • Discretion and sound judgement • Ability to handle difficult conversations • Legal right to work in Tunisia without restrictions or through a visa • Nice to have: CIPD or equivalent • Nice to have: Experience in agency, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments • Nice to have: Multi-country or EOR experience
