📋 Description

• Own AI-driven workflows and product improvements • Identify friction in product usage and determine fixes • Build AI-powered automations and workflows for better delivery • Analyze product behavior, inspect data, debug issues, and validate ideas • Collaborate with engineers to implement changes • Document developments for team trust and reuse

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity, good judgment, and willingness to engage deeply with tools, data, and workflows • Evidence of building, automating, improving, or running real projects • Genuine AI fluency beyond surface-level use • Enough product judgment to balance user needs with technical constraints • Outcome ownership and comfort owning a problem end-to-end
