📋 Description

• Own how the company operates across all products • Transform operating model into clear roles, responsibilities, teams, and processes • Hire and manage teams effectively • Oversee SaaS, AI, and cloud expenses • Ensure high-quality delivery for client moments • Implement AI-first operations • Lead and execute outcomes as guided by founders

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in operations in a fast-moving, high-growth technology or SaaS environment • Ability to operate where scope is undefined • Strategic thinker with hands-on capability • Ability to hold people to account • Experience in using AI in operations • Background in building or running operations at COO/senior level • Familiarity with working with engineers and clients
