📋 Description
• Own how the company operates across all products • Define and implement the operating model including clear roles and responsibilities • Manage hiring at pace and build effective teams • Control spending across SaaS, AI, and cloud • Ensure delivery for major events and deadlines • Drive AI-first operations and improve repeatable processes • Collaborate with founding team to execute outcomes and direction effectively.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth technology or SaaS environment • Hands-on as well as strategic • Ability to read a billing dashboard • Capability to work with engineers and reset team structure • Experience running operations at COO / Head of Operations / senior operating level • Familiarity with using AI in operations • Judgment, raw operating ability, and capacity to handle ambiguity.
