📋 Description

• Own the full HR remit end to end across Storm Ideas and Storyteller • Manage employee lifecycle processes including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, right-to-work checks, and references • Build employee lifecycle workflows that run themselves • Maintain an up-to-date, readable handbook aligned with UK employment law • Run performance reviews, compensation benchmarking, and promotion cases using clean data • Report on headcount, attrition, compensation, and tenure • Manage international contractors and employees across multiple markets • Handle EOR arrangements, contractor compliance, and offshore onboarding • Use AI for policy redrafts, compensation analysis, and meeting summaries, verifying outputs • Automate HR processes including contract generation, onboarding, and offboarding • Build internal tools using Airtable, HRIS administration, prompt engineering, and no-code automation • Exercise judgement regarding AI use, legal exposure, and sensitive personal data • Demonstrate what has been built or automated with AI during the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Solid grounding in UK employment law, including contracts, policy, and compliance • Demonstrable AI adoption with evidence of things built, automated, or shipped • Strong spreadsheet skills • Strong HRIS administration skills • Comfortable with automation tooling • Curiosity about new technology and ability to adopt it quickly • Discretion and sound judgement • Ability to handle difficult conversations • Legal right to work in Egypt, either without restrictions or through a visa • Nice to have: CIPD or equivalent • Nice to have: Experience in agency, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments • Nice to have: Multi-country or EOR experience
