📋 Description

• Drive the account forward every day • Pull together product, engineering, delivery and operations • Ensure quality and substance of what is shipped to the client • Main point of contact for the client • Own account planning: roadmap, renewals, expansions • Handle incidents and escalations calmly

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing enterprise client relationships • Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet • Genuine interest in basketball • Critical thinking about client needs • Comfortable working across teams without formal authority • Sharp communication skills
