📋 Description

• Manage and organize the execution of international robotic automation projects from A to Z • Deliver complex, customized solutions as an experienced project manager • Organize project kick-offs and communicate objectives, structure, timelines, and approach • Develop project plans, define milestones, and monitor task execution • Plan and allocate resources efficiently • Control budgets and ensure accurate invoicing • Ensure quality standards for deliverables, interim validation, and final acceptance • Monitor deadlines and anticipate changes to avoid delays • Identify and manage scope, time, budget changes, and contract variations • Assess and proactively manage project risks • Define and track project success criteria • Manage stakeholders and expectations transparently • Organize and lead meetings with clear and consistent reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager • Ideally experience within an intralogistics environment; strong project management experience in rail, energy, or aerospace (but not IT) can be considered • Fluent in Dutch and English • French and/or German is a strong plus • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as Prince2 and PMBOK is an advantage • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time • Strong communication skills and hands-on approach • Independent and autonomous, able to take ownership and drive results
