📋 Description

• Test, repair, and maintain shuttle systems at customer sites across Italy • Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance • Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally • Assist in commissioning Movu systems, including atlas, escala, ifollow and others • Detect and report commercial service opportunities such as spare parts and service packs • Be available for short international trips from Monday to Friday • Work in shifts and weekends when needed • Work at height or in refrigerated areas with safety systems of work in place

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience • Fluent Italian and English required • Available to travel short periods abroad • Skilled in MS Office and Teams • Willing to learn custom software packets • Customer-focused, social, team player with a proactive mindset • Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed • No fear of heights or vertigo
