📋 Description

• Provide payroll accounting and funding analytical expertise and consultation to Strada clients • Reconcile general ledger accounts, payroll activity, bank accounts, and funding activity • Prepare bank account reconciliations and identify adjustments needed to clear reconciling items • Review payroll-to-general-ledger interface errors and determine reclassifications • Support managers with accurate, timely client engagement and provide implementation and go-live support • Provide daily functional support for successful delivery of general ledger documents and files • Perform financial audits, analyze data, and reconcile payroll results, postings, and GL interface transmittals • Investigate and resolve variances, complete root-cause analyses, and recommend client interventions • Analyze accounting compliance issues and financial and legal risks • Facilitate resolutions, including system configuration changes, and make formal client recommendations • Maintain and enforce Defined Work Instructions and other process documentation • Resolve escalated technical and functional issues and ensure system defects are properly reported and ticketed • Respond accurately and promptly to audit requests • Communicate with payroll teams, clients, and vendors to resolve accounting and treasury issues • Support automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support management with client escalations and lessons learned • Complete time recording accurately and on time • Participate in projects, team meetings, and other assigned activities • Build relationships across lines of business

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll and financial reporting experience preferred • Accounting experience is required • 1 to 3 years’ experience using Workday or similar accounting systems • Ability to multitask and manage team workload for productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness • Ability to focus on SLA attainment, goal setting, task prioritization, and teamwork • Ability to make timely and complex recommendations using technology, accounting theory, and methods • Effective communication with internal teams and clients • Ability to identify problems, compile information systematically, and address root causes • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adhere to client-driven timetables • Advanced skills using MS Office Suite, Excel, Workday, and related systems • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal English skills • Self-motivated and willing to learn • Ability to collaborate and work independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying, without visa sponsorship by Strada
