📋 Description

• Independently process payroll from end to end according the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks • Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate BI tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines • Utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and all associated activities • Understand and interpret payslips and follow the payroll calendar • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and support change request opportunities • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting • Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness and initiate corrections per standards • Answer payroll related questions and requests • Support and execute SOC1 Controls and maintain/apply defined work instructions (DWIs) • Perform transactions with third parties and provide clear knowledge transfers to peers • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), system maintenance testing, and technical issue coordination/resolution • Maintain current knowledge of legislation, system updates, and overall payroll procedures • Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • English and Czech speaker • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Czech work legislation knowledge • 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • Payroll knowledge • Authorization to work in the Employing Country (current and future work authorization without visa sponsorship) • Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing
