⢠Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate BI tools ⢠Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and all associated activities ⢠Collaborate with team members ⢠Handle all associated payroll tasks
đŻ Requirements
⢠Independently process payroll from end to end according the defined standards and client requirements ⢠Understand and interpret a payslip ⢠Understand and follow the payroll calendar ⢠Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly ⢠Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information ⢠Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports ⢠Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness ⢠Answer payroll related questions and requests ⢠Support and execute SOC1 Controls ⢠Maintain and apply defined work instructions (DWIs) ⢠Perform Transactions with Third parties ⢠Provide clear knowledge transfers to peers ⢠Support the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process ⢠Support and manage system maintenance testing ⢠Maintain current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures ⢠Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned
