📋 Description

• Responsible for support and execution of payroll activities • Monitor ticket queues and ensure timelines are met • Produce and understand payroll reports • Participate in projects and activities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Support and manage payroll tasks using ticket and payroll systems • Monitor and manage ticket queues using BI tools • Utilize hrX tools for payroll processing • Understand and interpret payslips • Follow payroll calendar • Identify deviations from standard service and support change requests • Recognize and handle confidential information • Review and validate data for accuracy • Answer payroll questions and requests • Execute SOC1 Controls
