📋 Description

• Performs all life-cycle payroll transactions and activities to ensure the processing of an accurate and timely payroll • Independently process Polish payroll from end to end according the defined standards and client requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools • Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing • Be able to understand and interpret a payslip • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly • Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information • Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports • Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a Polish payroll role • Business analysis experience • Experience working for a global organization with a multi-cultural environment • Fluent in Polish and English (written, oral) • Advanced level of Excel • HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience • A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind
