• Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup • Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations • Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks • Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams • Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience • proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations • In-depth knowledge of China/ Japan/ South Korea payroll regulations • Fluent in English and Japanese or Korean • excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset • Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success
