• Manage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payment processing • Maintain, monitor, and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HR • Handle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll • Advise clients on the implementation and application of employment law • Act as a SAP HR key user for clients: gather change requests, prepare functional analyses, and support testing activities • Prepare and generate reports using SAP HR • Interact daily with clients and internal departments via phone and email • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) • Knowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is considered a plus
