📋 Description

• Prepare payroll lists following the Polish payroll calendar • Calculate salaries • Prepare PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS • Update and maintain payroll-process procedures and documentation in accordance with instructions • Participate in payroll-related projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Polish payroll-related position • Very good knowledge of Polish payroll regulations • Advanced English skills (spoken and written) • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel • Familiarity with Płatnik software • Ability to think analytically and work in a team • Knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset • Current and future work authorization in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
