📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day payroll on in-house, managed service and outsourced platforms • Meet statutory and business compliance requirements; investigate and correct system or process errors • Execute monthly payroll approvals and prepare documentation for monthly funding approval • Execute statutory reporting and payments, including statistics and year end • Execute internal and external audit requirements • Work with external payroll vendors and third-party providers • Administer payroll-related compensation and benefits, including Ex-Pats, Share Plan and Stock Options • Process payrolls for countries within the remit, including Poland and the Baltics • Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time • Ensure payroll compliance with local legislation and government requirements • Monitor legislative changes and notify local HR of required actions • Collaborate with HR, Finance, business stakeholders, and external payroll providers • Support continuous process improvement • Follow company and HR guidelines on conduct, zero harm, data protection, data handling, segregation of duties, and confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Fluency in Polish and English language • Experience in running Polish payrolls including year-end processing required • Knowledge of TMF Horizon • Knowledge of Polish legislation • MS Office Intermediate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) • Attention to detail • Working with remote locations
