âą Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup âą Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations âą Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks âą Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams. âą Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness âą Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
âą Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations. âą In-depth knowledge of Colombia, Chile or Mexico payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations. âą Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset. âą Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information.
