âą Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process âą Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards âą Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines âą Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders âą Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team âą Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture âą Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
đŻ Requirements
âą Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application âą 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations âą In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration âą Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success âą Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. With excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
