📋 Description

• Independently process payroll end to end according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs • Independently perform data management or customer service activities according to agreed calendars and KPIs • Support statutory and year-end reporting • Advise on client payroll queries and issues using payroll expertise and country-specific legislation knowledge • Support and transfer knowledge to apprentices and associates • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard • Support system maintenance testing • Liaise and transact with third parties • Complete SOC controls on time with necessary evidence • Support root cause analysis and suggest preventative measures • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and ensure understanding • Maintain DWIs and keep processes up to date • Report system issues and defects with required details and evidence • Highlight deviations from standard service scope to the Service Manager • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Complete time recording accurately and on time • Adhere to Strada security standards • Contribute to team meetings and promptly raise issues with the Service Manager • Stay current with Strada HR announcements and communications • Build relationships across lines of business • Update internal stakeholders accurately and promptly • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • Knowledge of Danish payroll regulations and compliance preferred • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred • Fluent English and Danish mandatory • Experience working with HR and payroll data • Experience in a payroll administration or processing role, or similar • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Applicants must have work authorization in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship requirements • Successful completion of a background check, if offered employment
