📋 Description

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process • Customize SAP Payroll solutions according to customer requirements following Strada standards • Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications • Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders • Support other project members when required • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team • Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application • 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations • In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration • Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success • Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
