📋 Description

• Support Hungarian payroll and the payroll team end to end according to defined standards and client requirements • Utilize the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and associated activities • Undertake, support and manage Root Cause Analysis when issues result in client escalations • Identify upsell opportunities and support the Change Request process, including estimating and implementing changes • Manage standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting • Maintain current knowledge of Hungarian legislation, system updates, payroll changes and procedures • Manage the payroll legislation roadmap • Answer Hungarian payroll questions and requests from team members and clients • Support the Operations Manager with client engagement activities • Update, maintain and enforce Defined Work Instructions and other process documentation • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated by team members and clients • Ensure compliant use of all systems • Support and maintain the client solution workbook and provide functional support • Participate in and champion innovation and continuous improvement activities • Support and guide project implementations and go-lives • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Around 2-3 years relevant experience administering Hungarian Payroll and Social Insurance in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • Very good English and Hungarian skills (B2 minimum) • Strong knowledge of third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools • Knowledge of SAP HR would be an asset • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Current and future work authorization in Hungary without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada
