📋 Description

• The Functional Consultant is responsible for the configuration of a SuccessFactors module within a project. • Lead/Support workshops, ensuring accurate capture of decisions. • Define and document the overall configuration of the payroll. • Organize and support the data mapping with client and implementation teams. • Support Technical resources in defining integration requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll • In-depth knowledge of Belgium Payroll • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills • Ability to deliver clear and engaging customer meetings and workshops
