📋 Description

• Own the full content, social media, and SEO function for Stranger Soccer UAE • Edit short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, match highlights, and promotional content • Create game announcements, event promotions, sponsor content, and player-focused graphics • Write post captions, community messages, event descriptions, and marketing copy • Coordinate with the UAE videographer through weekly shot briefs, footage review, feedback, and quality control • Manage Stranger Soccer UAE’s Instagram feed, Reels, Stories, and Highlights • Build TikTok presence with native trend-driven content and a minimum of 4–5 posts per week • Maintain Facebook presence and cross-post where relevant • Manage weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with games and marketing activations • Respond to DMs, comments, and player queries • Produce monthly social media performance reports covering follower growth, engagement rate, reach, saves, and content-driven bookings • Own organic search performance for high-intent UAE football keywords • Conduct keyword research and SEO strategy using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console • Optimise website pages through titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and schema markup • Produce 2–4 SEO-optimised blog articles monthly, each 800–1,500 words • Manage and optimise Google Business Profile, publish weekly updates, generate reviews, and respond to Q&A • Identify backlink-building partnerships and outreach opportunities • Produce monthly SEO reports covering keyword rankings, organic traffic, and top-performing content • Plan monthly and weekly content around games, campaigns, and community events • Execute campaigns for Ramadan football, National Day, Dubai Fitness Challenge 30x30, holiday activations, venue launches, and pass launches • Monitor competitors across social media and SEO • Identify and produce player community stories • Deliver onboarding, growth, SEO, content-planning, and booking targets outlined for Months 1, 3, and 6

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a social media or content role, ideally for a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand • 2+ years hands-on SEO experience, including ranking content on Google, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy • Proven portfolio of short-form video (Reels, TikToks) with measurable results • Proven graphic design work using Canva Pro or Adobe Suite • Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics • Fluent English and strong written communication with a warm-yet-professional brand voice • Ability to work independently across UAE and PH time zones during required working hours • Experience with a community-driven, subscription, or membership-model brand is a plus • Personal interest in football or team sports is a big plus • Familiarity with the UAE market, expat culture, or MENA region is a plus • Experience with Google Ads or paid social is a plus • Basic Arabic is a plus • Full portfolio link required, including short-form video editing, graphic design, and written content samples • Two case studies required with specific performance numbers • 1–2-minute intro video required
