âą Act as the technical lead, guiding and upskilling the Salesforce development team âą Define and implement the technical architecture for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability âą Actively participate in analysis, design, development, and delivery of features âą Collaborate with the business team to elicit requirements and define innovative solutions âą Review and approve code, ensuring quality and adherence to standards and best practices âą Monitor the performance and health of Salesforce solutions, implementing improvements as needed âą Contribute to defining processes, tools, and metrics to drive continuous improvement for the team and projects.
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer âą Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including core features, capabilities, and best practices âą Advanced skills in Apex development, Visualforce, Lightning, Integration Cloud, and other Salesforce tools âą Proficiency with agile software development methodologies âą Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
