📋 Description

• Establish processes to deliver RMS best practices • Oversee the RMS implementation • Oversee end-to-end testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components • Clearly define company and customer roles and responsibilities for the delivery and maintenance of RMS products • Work with various stakeholders to help guide product adoption • Work with the training and marketing teams to ensure new features are successfully deployed and understood • Gather product feedback and work with internal teams to help establish development priorities • Work with internal teams to convey key metrics and project risks to assist in staffing, budgeting, and future team planning • Work with the Training team to update training materials to deliver an outstanding training experience

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or higher in relevant coursework required • 5+ years of experience as a product consultant or public safety employee preferred; 2+ years required • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Experience developing, communicating, and training on best practices and workflows • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Google applications • Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems and products • ISO 9001:2015 internal training to be completed within ninety (90) days of hire.
