📋 Description
• Performing outbound calls (surveys, courtesy calls) to ensure client satisfaction. • Establish friendly connections over the phone quickly, positive and upbeat. • Speak with customers in a polite and courteous manner. • Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Excellent reading skills • Pleasant phone voice • Functional computer skills • Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service experience a plus • Must currently have a PC with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer (NO Chromebooks or Apple Devices) • Must currently have a headset with a microphone and mute capability • High-Speed Internet connectivity (at least 3 Mbps) • Must have a quiet workspace.
