• Support the development and execution of the Workforce Edge portfolio strategy • Evaluate and enhance WFE’s portfolio of education and talent solutions • Stay ahead of workforce development trends and education innovation • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for go-to-market strategies • Represent Workforce Edge in client discussions and industry forums • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand WFE’s ecosystem • Build and lead a high-performing portfolio strategy team
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of progressive experience in product, portfolio, or solution strategy • 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of workforce trends across various industries • Proven capability to lead and develop high-performing teams • Experience collaborating with enterprise clients and industry partners • Commitment to advancing education access
