📋 Description

• Lead the next phase of SRS storytelling, from content and design to PR and media • Responsible for the enhancement of the firm’s marketing and promotional activities and collateral materials • Provide day‑to‑day guidance, coaching, and supervision to Marketing Associates • Monitor and curate visual and verbal brand standards across all global divisions • Manage the application of brand logos, typography, and graphic elements • Lead all design projects and interface with internal/external resources • Support cross-functional teams with their event and client meeting needs • Design and update high-impact sales materials • Convert complex captive insurance concepts into clear narratives • Manage production of digital assets for social media and webinars • Develop infographics for client-facing materials • Examine competitive and marketplace trends • Support the transition of HubSpot into a strategic CRM Hub • Manage content updates for the SRS website and microsites • Coordinate the development and distribution of highly engaging content

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years prior marketing experience with a B2B focus • Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot), and managing email marketing applications • Experience managing and optimizing B2B Social Media platforms (LinkedIn) • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent field • Proficient with MS Office suite, Adobe creative suite • Strong communications and writing skills for developing effective, professional, and creative messaging • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities and campaigns simultaneously • Self-manager with motivation to perform at a high level in a remote work environment • Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting, content generation and research
