• Directly supervise crews and coordinate daily field activities. • Assist the Foreman with manpower planning and labour allocation. • Conduct or participate in daily toolbox talks and hazard assessments. • Monitor productivity and communicate concerns affecting schedule or budget. • Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and staging. • Ensure timesheets, FLHAs, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately. • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new workers to site expectations. • Step into the Foreman role during absences or on smaller projects. • Demonstrates visible safety leadership and promotes a proactive safety culture
• Excellent problem-solving ability • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Able to produce quality documentation in a timely and accurate manner • Physically able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs • Valid Alberta driver's license and willingness to travel • Journeyman Electrician - Red Seal preferred • Valid CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid and Fall Protection certificates
