📋 Description

• Monitor the TikFinity Discord community daily and ensure questions receive answers • Convert community feedback into structured reports for the product team • Distinguish genuine product problems from user errors and loud but non-critical feedback • Communicate product updates, new features, and roadmap themes to the community • Go live on TikFinity's TikTok account • Host on-air coaching sessions in Discord • Maintain a safe and welcoming server through guidelines, FAQs, and de-escalation • Plan and run community events, including giveaways and challenges • Track community health through regular reporting on activity, sentiment, and top topics • Identify power users and develop them into TikFinity ambassadors

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience running an online community • Discord experience preferred • Fluent English, written and spoken, including on-camera communication • Willingness to go live in front of an audience • Technical curiosity sufficient to reproduce problems before reporting them • Reliable daily presence with flexibility during peak community activity • Ability to de-escalate heated discussions • Familiarity with streaming and creator culture, ideally TikTok LIVE • Based in Germany or Austria, or within two hours of that time zone • Experience hosting streams or live broadcasts is advantageous • Discord setup skills, including bots, roles, and permissions, are advantageous • German language skills are advantageous
