📋 Description

• Deliver excellent customer support before, during, and after solution implementation • Manage interactions with German stakeholders, including metering point operators and distribution system operators • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and find simple, automated solutions to issues • Monitor data quality to identify bugs and errors • Understand customers’ business objectives, requirements, and KPIs • Share customer feedback with product teams to drive continuous improvement • Act as a strategic advisor on best practices and optimization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience as an analyst, consultant, or customer support professional in the SaaS or energy sector is an advantage • Strong analytical and technical skills for evaluating complex datasets • Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools, with a willingness to continue developing these skills • Demonstrated interest in renewable energy and the green transformation • Fluent German and English, with strong professional communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
