• Implements, evaluates, and maintains instructional compliance for Special Education, English Language Learners, and Gifted classroom teachers • Conducts evaluations and observations of classroom teachers per state requirements • Monitors, interprets, and determines instructional efficacy for schoolwide data reports • Creates and provides training of 'best practices' for Special Programs instruction in the virtual school setting • Coordinates and conducts professional development activities • Ensures conformance of educational programs to state and local school board standards
• Michigan Administrator License or enrolled in an Administrator program • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field • A minimum of five years in Special Education • A minimum of one-year successful virtual teaching experience • Ability to clear required background check • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency
