• Provide high-quality, standards-based instruction • Deliver engaging virtual instruction aligned with Colorado Academic Standards • Monitor student progress and foster strong relationships with students and families • Support academic achievement in an online learning environment • Differentiate instruction based on student level of mastery • Prepare students for standardized tests • Communicate regularly with families and respond to student needs

• Bachelor's degree • Active state teaching license • Ability to clear background check • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and teaching platforms
