• Deliver specific course content in an online environment • Provide instruction, support, and guidance • Manage the learning process focusing on individual student needs • Develop compliant IEPs and documentation • Communicate with parents and related service staff • Monitor student progress and document interventions • Prepare students for standardized tests • Maintain a professional home office without distractions

• Bachelor's degree • Active state teaching license • Ability to clear required background check • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint • Strong written/verbal communication skills
