📋 Description

• Contacting students and their families to conduct placement conferences • Graduation plan reviews, transcript evaluations, and collecting documentation • Assist families with understanding the documents needed for placement • Become familiar with state and school graduation requirements • Complete transcript evaluations and select appropriate courses • Document conversations and communications with students and families • Prioritize assigned caseloads and complete placements on time • Analyze information and resolve issues with the Lead Placement Coordinator • Participate in team meetings and required trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field of study • Six (6) months of customer service experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience • Available to work weekends and evenings as needed • Office 365 and web proficiency • Ability to clear required background check
