📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Canvas features, enhancements, and workflows across K–12 environments. • Partner with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to optimize the user experience for teachers, students, and administrators. • Evaluate, integrate, and manage 3rd party tools and content providers within Canvas, ensuring smooth interoperability and compliance with standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI). • Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify pain points and prioritize solutions that improve usability, navigation, and engagement. • Own the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and working closely with engineering on delivery. • Collaborate with support teams to monitor performance, track issues, and ensure timely resolution of bugs or integration challenges. • Develop metrics and dashboards to measure adoption, user satisfaction, and learning impact; use insights to guide product decisions. • Create training materials, release notes, and demos to support rollout and drive adoption of new Canvas features and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; technical or instructional technology background preferred. • 4–8 years of experience in product management or LMS administration (Canvas experience strongly preferred). • Strong understanding of LMS integrations, standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI), and digital content delivery. • Experience working directly with educators, administrators, and instructional designers to improve workflows and learning experiences. • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to translate user needs into technical requirements. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Passion for improving digital learning environments and creating intuitive, student-centered experiences.
