📋 Description

• In this role you will help build and enhance the Stripe Dashboard by designing, concepting, and prototyping high-quality core dashboard and product experiences. • Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction • Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the overall user experience • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution • Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• Has at least 5+ years relevant design experience • A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted UI experiences • Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction • Demonstrated ability to work horizontally across product verticals & collaborating upwards with team & company leadership • Demonstrated ability to wrangle lots of competing priorities, points of views, as well as user and business needs to come up with solution • Experience designing for a B2B and/or fintech product
