📋 Description

• Support application development and data solution implementations for a global client base • Establish and understand customer datasets by working with customer technology and data teams • Build specifications for integration and processes to ensure data integrity • Engage directly with customers to understand business needs and data environments • Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements • Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to capture use cases and success criteria • Analyze complex customer datasets, schemas, and data flows to assess integration needs • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to design data ingestion, transformation, and mapping processes • Validate data quality, completeness, and alignment with business requirements • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Act as liaison between customers and internal technical teams throughout the project lifecycle • Contribute to solution architecture, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definitions • Define test cases and validate outputs against expected results • Work with the product team to ensure customer data is accurately reflected in analytics outputs • Provide feedback on product improvements based on client needs and data insights • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated data in supporting customer decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, with at least 2 years in a technical capacity • Proven experience working on data integration projects (ETL, data pipelines, APIs) • Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation concepts • Relational database experience (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc) strongly preferred • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Technical understanding of complex data sets with the ability to interrogate them via SQL and Excel • To be approachable, calm under pressure and authentic • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies • Understanding of software architectural concepts
