• Establish, administer, and evolve standards and procedures for the Right to Information component of the EU Pay Directive • Work with external partners and the Workplace Practices Team on policy alignment, compliance, country requirements, and legislative changes • Ensure alignment with Total Rewards Philosophy and Global Pay Transparency programs • Lead the Right to Information intake process for countries with final act transpositions and prepare information for system entry • Coordinate Right to Information services through ServiceNow with the HR Technologies Team; document, program, and test requirements • Capture knowledge and communicate Right to Information updates to HRBPs and aligned managers • Prepare pay data through collection and analysis with local teams; scrub, prepare, and validate data accuracy • Serve as initial escalation point for technological errors associated with Right to Information requests • Own and evolve service metrics and disseminate KPIs • Ensure process compliance and participate in required annual reporting • Maintain understanding of local Equality Bodies and collectively bargained site operational implications • Align with Human Resources Operations leadership on program updates and related projects • Participate in COE Transformation initiatives and help design processes • Maintain HR relationships to connect deliverables to strategy and influence aligned program outcomes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Minimum 6+ years of work experience required • 3+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred • Strong knowledge of Stryker pay data and related pay elements • Demonstrated success leading projects and influencing others without authority • Demonstrated experience with high-volume data collection and analysis • Demonstrated experience understanding and creating execution plans aligned with strategy • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to influence data-driven decisions • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across the organization, external advisors, and consultants, in person and virtually using Teams, Zoom, and Webex • Ability to review and produce large volumes of data • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent organization, project management, and self-management skills • Ability to develop and sustain relationships internally with business units and cross-functionally • Openness to change and ability to work in ambiguous situations • Ability to deliver difficult or complex messages to organizational leaders
