📋 Description
• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt and courteous manner • Process work in accordance with standard operating procedures • Provide feedback to improve service levels and customer support methodology • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions • Coordinate sequence and release of back orders • Support and participate in branch cycle counting process
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree • Preferred: SAP and GHX knowledge
