📋 Description
• Ensure compliance with all local and international EHS laws, standards, and procedures. • Maintain and continuously improve the EHS management system. • Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments. • Lead incident investigation processes and analyze trends. • Coordinate the Emergency Response Program with training in emergency response. • Develop, collect, analyze, and report EHS metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Required Bachelor Degree • Minimum of 10+ years of EHS experience in an organization. • Proficiency in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Power BI, Excel). • Ability to drive training initiatives that foster a proactive EHS culture. • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presenting complex risk data to senior leaders.
