📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. • Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and status updates. • Ensure quality compliance through inspections, testing, audits, and by enforcing industry standards and regulations. • Lead quality assurance processes, resolve quality issues, and manage project claims and complaints. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and delivering regular updates and recommendations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards. • Produce comprehensive project reports and analyze KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements. • Use data insights to recommend process optimizations and enhance overall project efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in project roles in the renewable energy industry and handling commercial roles is preferred. • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship management skills. • Anya further certification on project management is a plus. • Expertise in CRM platforms and micromanagement techniques to maintain high-quality standards. • A commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
